Good looking crew at the starting line.
WOD
Hey everyone we are having the new ring station built this week. There will be some construction going on in the grassy corner of the box Monday and Tuesday. For those of you unfamiliar with the grassy corner, that is the corner where the dumb bells and the foam rollers are stacked and stored. So as a result of the construction we will be a bit cramped with all of that equipment being out and in other places. No worries though we have a great WOD in store for all to enjoy and the construction will be a minor hindrance if none at all.
On a sad note Lori lost her mom, Barbara Lowman, to the Lord Saturday evening. Barbara was nine days short of her 84th birthday. Barbara will be sorely missed by myself and especially Lori and her sister Debbie. Barbara was an ardent supporter of CrossFit Pinellas, always quick to hand out literature promoting CrossFit to the staff at Oak Manor trying to get them in the door and change their lives with a fitness program she always heard her daughter and myself talking about. Everyone that knows Lori, knows Barbara. Barbara, was a hard charger and lived life to the fullest to the end.
