If you are still scaling the pullups get the weakest band possible for the necessary amount of reps.  For those that are doing the weighted pull ups you will grip a dumb bell between your feet.

For time:
25 Handstand push-ups
50 Toes-to-bar
Run 800 meters
75 Push Press 75/55lbs.
150 Double-unders
