5 Rounds for time.
Heavy Power Cleans, T2B, and Wall Ball Shots
- 5 Power cleans 155/105lbs.
- 10 Toes to Bar
- 15 Wall Balls 20/14lbs.
For scaling, make sure to make the power clean weight a challenging 5 rep lift. 70-75% of 1RM is the lowest you want to be for this WOD.
Hey just throwing this out there, but it seems that since we have been doing the group warmup with group mobility work, we are seeing better movement patterns all the way across the board. Thanks to Sara and Megan and their disdain for bad warmup habits we are experiencing less dings. So for all of the groaners (especially 0530 class) ask yourself are you more or less mobile since starting the group mobility? If the answer is more, go thank Sara and Megan, mostly Sara she writes them we just follow the directions. If you think its bad now just wait until Sara gets back from Kelly Starretts Mobility seminar later this year.
