Where were you on this day eleven years ago?  Most of us remember exactly where and what we were doing when the events of 9/11 were unfolding.  God forbid we ever forget. 2977 innocent people died on this day because our guard was down.  Let’s never let this happen again.

Get your butts to the “BOX” today to get in an ass kicking WOD, and wear your favorite red, white and blue work out duds to honor those that have fallen as a result of the events that happened eleven years ago today.  99% of the hero WOD’s are named after fallen soldiers that were killed in action, in different theaters around the world, fighting terrorist, and  “Jack” is no exception.
