CHALLENGE #1 (due Saturday May 5 by Midnight): Eat a vegetable that you have never had. On this post tell how you cooked it and if you liked it. And if you want to post pictures on facebook and tag Crossfit Pinellas in them those are welcome. Just remember to post on the blog!!!
Challenge #2 (due Saturday May 13 by midnight) : Pick a meat you have never had and cook it. Remember to post what the meat was, how you cooked it, and your opinion.
Challenge #3: Make a dish using avacado! So be creative and make something you have not had before but make sure it includes avocado. Post your recipe on the blog. This one is due Sunday night because I was late posting this!!
Last challenge!!!! Go out to a restaurant and eat paleo! A lot of restaurants have a gluten free menu so start there. If they don’t then ask the questions as in what kind of oil do u cook with? And do u add special sauce to whatever meat u r going to eat (might have sugar in it). Then post on the blog where you ate, how the experience was and of course what you ate!!!
