Today’s wod is one hell of a chipper. Remember if you are new we can scale the numbers on this and every wod. We are going to cap this at 40 minutes, and we will help you find the appropriate scales for this work out. We will first find the correct loads (weights and box heights) and then we will determine what rounds we will omit. Most of the time just omitting the first round of 5o will do, and on others we might just omit the round of 30. That being said, don’t skip this because you think you can’t finish in time. We will scale you so that you can finish this on time.
WOD (40 minute CAP)
50-40-30-20 and 10 rep rounds of:
Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball
Box jump, 24/20 inch box
Kettlebell swings 53/35lbs.

U.S. Army Specialist Scott Morrison, 23, of Blue Ash, Ohio, assigned to 584th Mobility Augmentation Company, 20th Engineer Battalion, 36th Engineer Brigade, based out of Fort Hood, Texas, died on September 26, 2010, from injuries suffered on September 25 when insurgents in Kandahar, Afghanistan attacked his vehicle with an improvised explosive device. He is survived by his father Donald, mother Susan, brother Gary, and sister Katie.
