Anyone can compete in the CrossFit Games.
The first stage of the competition, the Open, is hosted online. You can get the Open workouts validated at CrossFit Pinellas or film your performance, upload it to YouTube or Vimeo, and let the world be your judge.
If you make it into the Top 60 in your region by the end of the 5 weeks of the Open, you will be invited to your Regional competition.
