“Tabata CFP Style”
Pull ups/Ring Rows
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are thrusters, the second 8 are burpees, the third 8 intervals are pull ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are sit ups. There is a 1 minute rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to the board.

We need to get in the habit of signing up so that we are able to have enough coaches for each class. Help us help you! Also there will be a wod tracker in Zen Planner for our website, but you have to know how to get in the system for that feature as well. Just say NO to unnecessary burpees.
