WOD – A dynamic collection of Crossfit workout routines
Each day a group of Crossfit exercises is posted which becomes the foundation for that day’s workout routine. These routines consist of a warm up period followed by a skill development segment which segues into a high-intensity workout lasting ten to twenty minutes – the WOD.
Group training with individual resultsOur instructor-led group workouts include weightlifting, sprinting, gymnastics, powerlifting, plyometrics, rowing, kettlebell and medicine ball training in order to improve proficiency in ten general physical areas: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.
Crossfit training with WOD’s have become the de-facto standard for many fire departments, law enforcement agencies, and military organizations including the Canadian Armed Forces and the Royal Danish Life Guards.
